Final narrative
On July 20, 2015, an employee tripped when the right foot got caught on a printer. The employee fell and fractured the right ankle, requiring surgery.
An employee was riding the company shuttle to work. They slipped on the wet floor when exiting the shuttle and fell from the steps of the shuttle bus to the ground. The employee sustained fractures to their back.
An employee was walking away from a patient's bed when the employee's foot was caught in the bed's control module cord. The employee tripped and tried to brace the fall with their hands, breaking both wrists.
