On August 25, 2015 at approximately 11:25am, an employee was attaching slings to a spreader. When the vessel moved, the sling hit his right middle finger and tore the nail bed off. The employee was treated and released from the hospital on the same day.

The employee sustained bruises and contusions to their right shoulder and chest.
