On Tuesday, 9/22/15 at approximately 6:30 PM, an employee suffered a laceration to his right thigh when he backed into a motor's fan that was being repaired. The fan's protective shroud had been removed for the repairs. The employee was hospitalized for treatment.
An employee was operating a strip saw. As the employee shut off the saw, their right index and middle fingertips were amputated by the blade before it came to a complete stop.
