On or about September 30, 2015, an employee was removing excess aluminum trim from a press. A coworker activated the press, which crushed the employee's left forearm.
On February 29, 2024, an employee sustained an amputation to the tuft of their right fourth finger when pulling on a part that was lodged in a groove on a work table. The part's sharp edge cut through cut-resistant gloves.
On or about June 27, 2016, an employee was cutting metal banding from a steel coil. As the employee pulled the last of the four cut bands from the coil, the cut end of the bands punctured the employee's arm, causing a deep laceration.
