Final narrative
On or about December 26, 2015, at 12:40 pm and employee was pushing a two-yard trailer can dumpster up to the back of the garbage truck when the front caster wheel of the dumpster seized up and twisted sideways pitching the dumpster forward and pinching the tip of the his right ring finger between the dumpster's trunnion bar and the truck. He was transported to the hospital where the tip of his right ring finger was amputated and repaired.
