An employee was setting up a ski run for opening day when his skis became caught in the snow, causing him to fall. He fractured his right tibia and fibula and his left elbow.

An employee was walking dishes back to the dishwasher when she tripped on her foot. She hit her head on the ice machine while she was falling to the floor, suffering spinal vertebrae damage.

An employee was responding to an emergency call regarding an accident on the bike trail. The employee lost control of his bike and struck a tree. The employee was hospitalized for six broken ribs and fluid in his lungs.

An employee was walking to their truck to look for a lid. When they stepped between the truck and a dock plate, they sustained a knee injury that required surgery.

An employee was standing on plant bed timbers, using a powered hand trimmer to trim the shrubs in the plant bed. The timber gave way, breaking into several pieces. The employee lost balance and fell with the trimmer in his hand. He suffered a severe laceration to the right wrist and hand.

An employee was loading phosphoric acid onto a rail car and preparing to secure the rail car for transport. While repositioning the loadout spout to secure it back to the drip pan holster on the dock, the spout contacted the handrail of the rail car, causing the employee to lose balance. The employee stepped back and their right foot entered the opening for the rail car, causing him to twist/pivot on his left leg. The employee's lower left leg was fractured.

On November 14, 2023, an employee was receiving a delivery from a truck when some of the merchandise fell from the truck s lift and struck him. He then fell to the ground and his head struck the sidewalk, resulting in an injury that required hospitalization.

An employee was checking credentials for vehicles entering an area. While approaching a vehicle that had failed to stop as instructed, the employee lost his balance and fell backward, landing on his back. The car struck him, and he suffered a tailbone fracture and a kidney injury.

An employee was removing rigging from a post-tensioning strand when it suddenly whipped and unwound. The employee suffered an avulsion to the right thumb.

An employee was entering a doorway on the seventeenth floor of an enclosed building when the door closed on his left index finger, crushing it. The fingertip was amputated.

A smoke jumper parachuted out of a helicopter during a forest fire response, landed on steep rugged terrain, and suffered femur and rib fractures and a liver laceration. The employee was hospitalized.
