An employee was operating a stand-up forklift. As the employee was exiting the freezer section of the warehouse, she noticed that her forklift began to slide. As she attempted to stop the sliding with her left leg, her foot came in contact with a concrete bollard, which was located outside of the freezer section and on the side of the forklift. She lacerated her foot and possibly fractured her ankle.
