Final narrative
An employee was cutting a narrow strip of flexi glass using a table saw. He was pushing the flexi glass with a 'push stick' using his right hand and was holding the material with his left hand. As the material was going through the blade, his left index finger was caught by the table saw blade, amputating his fingertip.
On August 2, 2025, at 4:59 PM, a contract painter was painting an aircraft using an electrostatic paint gun in the paint booth hangar. He was placing the gun into a container of methyl ethyl ketone to clean when the solvent ignited. The employee was hospitalized with third-degree burns to his arms and legs.
An employee was operating a strip saw. As the employee shut off the saw, their right index and middle fingertips were amputated by the blade before it came to a complete stop.

While rotating the cable drum, the employee reached for the new cable that was to be installed. The grease fitting on the drive shaft caught their fall harness and pulled them underneath the drive shaft. The employee was pinned between the drive shaft and two pieces of angle steel, resulting in a fracture to their left hip.
On October 5, 2025, an employee was pulling a pressure washer hose when it it disconnected from the cooker. The employee was struck by jets of high-pressure water, resulting in lacerations to their left thigh requiring surgery. The employee was hospitalized.
