An employee was preparing a front-end dumpster-type container for reconditioning and setting up an electric airless paint sprayer and nozzle. The paint sprayer was clogged so he worked to dislodge the clog. His right index finger was struck by pressurized paint, resulting in compartment syndrome and hospitalization.

An employee was sitting in the cab of the truck while waste oxidizer was being offloaded. The waste reacted with the receiving tank and an explosion occurred in the tank. Fire traveled through the hose to the tanker truck, causing it to explode. The employee jumped from the burning truck and was hospitalized with burns to his face, chest, and arms.

An employee was removing a tarp from a trailer when they slipped off the ladder and fell 4 to 6 feet to the ground. The employee was hospitalized with a skull fracture and concussion.

A Freehold Cartage, Inc., tank truck driver was loading flammable liquid from a storage tank. Shortly after loading began, the driver noticed the hose was jumping, indicating a interruption in product flow. After the pump was turned off the employee was told it was safe to disconnect the line, he released a clamp on the hose driver and was splashed with chemical. He suffered a second-degree chemical burn.

A worker was welding the underside of a truck when the flame flashed back through a stress fracture in the fitting causing slag to hit the torch. The torch fell into his lap causing 2nd and 3rd degree burns.

An employee was stepping out of a car when they slipped and fell on ice, resulting in a femur fracture.

An employee was closing up for the weekend when they slipped on oil and brake fluid and fell. The employee suffered a leg fracture.

At about 10:30 a.m. on April 9, 2025, a mail carrier was crossing between homes when a dog jumped on them and knocked them down. The employee's head hit the concrete ground; the employee suffered a head injury and was hospitalized.

A mail carrier slipped on an icy surface and fell, suffering a broken right hip.

On January 30, 2025, at around 8:45 AM, an employee was in the parking lot loading their vehicle with mail deliveries for the day when they slipped and fell. The employee landed on their arms and knees, resulting in injuries that required hospitalization.

At 11:26 a.m., on January 23, 2025, an employee slipped and fell on ice and injured her right ankle. The employee was hospitalized.
