Workers were removing a load of rebar from the jobsite with a rough terrain forklift when the load of rebar shifted. An employee on the ground was struck by the falling load and ended up falling onto cribbing, fracturing the right ring finger, left pelvis, and tailbone. The employee was hospitalized.

On October 23, 2020, an employee was operating a mini excavator and doing demolition work when the excavator tipped over on its side. The employee was hospitalized for a fractured right hip.
