An employee walking beside an excavator slipped or stumbled on the dirt track from the excavator, lacerating the left leg.
An employee was bolting a steel beam while in an aerial lift. The beam moved and fell, with the end of one side entering the basket and striking his lower right leg. His leg became pinned, resulting in fractures in the lower leg.
