On 03-21-2016, an employee was cleaning the rotary valve section of a cheese de-weigher when the valve's rotating paddles amputated the employee's left-hand ring and middle fingers.

An employee was monitoring a filling tower auger when it became clogged with a cheese curd. The employee shut off the clogged auger and reached in the tower to clear the blockage. The rotating auger caused amputations to their right index and middle fingers and partial amputation of the right ring finger as well as other injuries to their right hand. The machine was not locked out/tagged out at the time.
On February 14, 2024, an employee was pushing the screen back into a cheese crumbling machine when their right index finger got caught between the screen and the base of the machine, resulting in a partial amputation.
