Final narrative
An employee was operating the pallet machine, which prepares pallets of rice for transport. A bag of rice fell off the pallet while being transported via rollers to where the pallets are wrapped in plastic. The employee went to grab the bag and his right glove was caught between the rollers, amputating his right index finger pad.
An employee was feeding bran into a rice mill machine when it became clogged. The machine was turned off. It was still turning as the employee attempted to unclog it and his left right fingertip was amputated.
