An employee fell on a sidewalk at a client site and broke her arm.
On December 20, 2024, an employee was using a handheld grinder to remove cables from a server when they sustained a laceration to their left arm and a lacerated tendon in their right hand.
An employee was mopping up a large milk spill in a cold storage area. A powered industrial truck (PIT) was turning near the employee and began to slide on the wet floor. The PIT slid into the employee, pinning their left ankle against the eight-inch concrete curb. The employee sustained a broken left heel.
