An employee was leaving work. A car struck her in the parking lot, breaking a bone.

At about 7:00 a.m. on May 29, 2019, an employee was pulling two pots apart when he had a severe allergic reaction to shellfish. Suffering breathing difficulty, he was hospitalized.

On August 21, 2023, an employee was reaching for product on the shelf in the cooler when their back gave out. The employee was hospitalized for an exacerbation of bulging disks.

An employee was vacuuming the inside of a used car when they sustained a lower back strain during the repetitive work, requiring hospitalization.

An employee tripped over a stool and fell on the floor, resulting in a left displaced mid-cervical femoral neck fracture.

The employee sustained a closed head injury, contusion of the cerebrum without loss of consciousness, and a closed fracture of the distal end of the right radius.

An employee was cleaning leaves with a backpack blower when he fell from a ladder, resulting in injuries to his head, neck, and back.

An employee was operating a battery-powered broom to clean demolition debris off the top of the outermost bridge girder. The girder was approximately 11 feet above the demolition scaffold below.
