On or about 5/12/2016, an employee received a partial fingertip amputation injury while operating a paint brush hand trimmer machine, known as a hand sharp edge. While manually holding a paint brush in the machine, her finger slipped and contacted the rotating blade of the machine. The contact resulted in a partial fingertip amputation.

On December 10, 2024, an employee was driving a stand-up forklift, moving pallets off racks in a building. The employee's hand was caught between the forklift and the bar that prevented ride-under, resulting in a crush injury to the left hand. The employee was hospitalized.
An employee was pointing at the source of a squeaking sound on a hook-and-loop fastener dot application machine. Moving parts caught his left middle finger, causing a fingertip amputation.
