Final narrative
A hydraulic hose/fitting separated from the hydraulic cylinder to which it was attached. In doing so, the fitting that parted from the hose struck one employee just below the left knee causing a laceration. The protective sleeve that slides over the fitting connection, struck another employee in the abdomen causing a contusion.
An employee was tossing a damaged toilet into a compactor. The toilet bounced off the compactor and lacerated the employee's right wrist, cutting an artery and tendon.
