At approximately 2:30 p.m., an employee was lashing and unlashing cargo when he became overheated and disoriented. He was hospitalized with heat exhaustion.

As the employee was hooking a safety latch to the corner casting of a windmill, the vessel where the employee was working moved a little, creating tension on the hook.
