An employee's right index finger was amputated when a roll of wrapping plastic fell on his hand while he attempted to load the roll onto the wrapping machine.
An employee climbed up onto a machine and reached to remove accumulated chicken parts. The right ring fingertip was amputated by the guarded saw blade.
