An employee was inspecting an air conditioning unit and its surrounding area for mosquito infestation. An air conditioner drain pipe about 2 inches in diameter and about 2 inches off the ground was on the walkway. As the employee went to step over the pipe, the toe of his right foot caught on the pipe. He fell over and hit the ground, fracturing his left shoulder and suffering a minor forehead contusion.
