Final narrative
On July 25, 2016, an employee was sitting down at a computer station documenting information. When she got up from the station, her right foot became tangled on a cord beneath the desk. She tripped and fell on her left knee, fracturing her femur and requiring surgery.
An employee arrived at work and was walking into the store through the parking lot. The employee tripped over a curb and fell to the ground, sustaining a femur fracture.
An employee slipped while descending in a stairwell, fell, and suffered multiple contusions/bruises to the head, neck, shoulders, knees, and back. She was hospitalized.
A security employee was responding to an urgent call from staff regarding a violent patient. The employee tripped and fell on the floor outside of the stairwell. The employee sustained a closed head injury, contusion of the cerebrum without loss of consciousness, and a closed fracture of the distal end of the right radius.

The employee went to remove the cheese and their glove got caught and pulled their left forearm into the conveyor. The employee's arm was fractured.
