An employee was inspecting welds on parts when the parts that he was standing on began to tip over. He jumped to the floor and fractured his ankle.
An employee was assisting a hoist operator and guiding a plate down onto a pallet. While the plate was rested onto the pallet and released from the rigging, it shifted, pinching the employee's middle fingertip between the floor and the plate. The employee's fingertip was amputated.
An employee was crossing over a sorting belt and jumped down onto the catwalk next to the belt. The employee sustained a right ankle fracture and dislocation.
