Two employees were in a cross aisle near an operating tugger. One of the carts being pulled on the tugger struck a parked cart on the side of the aisle where the two employees were standing. The parked cart struck the employees; one employee sustained a left lower leg fracture and was hospitalized. The other suffered swelling and bruising to their leg but was not hospitalized.

An employee was exiting a vehicle to make final adjustments when they tripped and fell to the ground, landing on their right side. The employee sustained an injury to the right hip that required surgery.

On or about July 29, 2015, an employee sustained facial injuries after losing balance and falling to the ground striking his/her face on the floor.

An employee was delivering mail when they tripped on a curb and fell to the ground, resulting in a kneecap injury.

An employee was leaving work when they tripped over a curb in the parking lot and fell into a wall, resulting in a fractured left humerus.

A nurse was visiting the home of a patient for requested treatment. She tripped on her gown while going up the steps to the property, falling and fracturing her left femur.

An employee tripped on a step while entering a house. The employee suffered a broken right femur and was hospitalized, requiring surgery.

An employee was walking up an escalator that was out of service when they tripped on a step, fell, and suffered a closed fracture to the right femur as well as a dislocated right patella.

An employee was using a battery-powered torque tool to fasten a bolt. The tool was activated and the socket of the tool rotated and pulled in their gloved left hand. The employee sustained a left index fingertip amputation.

An employee was inspecting a casted part that weighed 330 pounds. The part fell from a lift assist onto the employee, striking his upper right arm and head. He suffered burns to the upper right arm and was hospitalized.

An employee was reaching to hook her harness into a lanyard and began to experience abdominal pain. The employee sustained an umbilical hernia.

On June 4, 2025, an employee was skimming molten aluminum when it dripped down from the skimming spoon onto the employee's left pant leg, burning the top of their left foot. The employee was hospitalized and required surgery.

On June 3, 2025, the injured employee was setting a mold with a co-worker when the mold was displaced and caught their right hand against the stop block. The employee sustained a fracture and partial amputation of their middle finger.

An employee was working to deliver mail to an apartment building. She was waiting for a customer to move, to obtain clearance to the mailboxes. The door swung inward and closed on her right little finger. The top half of her finger was surgically amputated.

An employee fell from a step ladder while reaching for a tie-off point. He impacted the ground, and landed on his bolt bag which contained tools. The employee was hospitalized with fractured ribs, and a lacerated spleen and kidney.

On October 30, 2025, an employee was working to adjust a stackable metal shipping container. As the container dropped into place, it caught the employee's hands in an area between the upper and lower cross-members. The employee suffered a laceration to the left ring finger that required stitches, bruising to the right ring finger, and fractures to the right middle finger that necessitated medical amputation of the fingertip.

An employee was moving a scissor lift through a doorway. The employee was pinned between the scissor lift and the doorframe, sustained a back injury, and was hospitalized.

An employee was setting up communication equipment for a meeting. They were walking and tripped over a speaker on the ground. The employee sustained a leg injury.
