An employee was moving a horse from a pen to the arena to clean stalls. The horse made a sudden and unexpected movement and stepped on the employee's ankle. They sustained an ankle fracture and dislocation.

This caused the UTV to overturn and land on the employee's left leg, resulting in a fracture to his left fibula that required surgery.

An employee was moving a camel from one pen to another. The employee tripped and fell and the camel sat on him. He suffered broken fingers on the left hand, a broken right hand, a dislocated collarbone, broken ribs, and a collapsed lung.

An employee was washing the back of a dump truck. The latches for the back gate were stuck closed, and the employee lifted them up to allow the gate to close. The gate closed and pinched his right middle finger, causing an amputation to the fingertip.

An employee was working in an attic when he fell through the ceiling to the ground 8 feet below. He suffered a broken shoulder, a facial laceration, and a concussion.

After cutting a slab of beef short ribs, an employee turned to grab the pieces he had cut and his right hand contacted the saw blade. The employee sustained an amputation to his right index finger.
