An employee had been changing oil on a vehicle while under the vehicle in an oil pit bay. After the oil change was completed, the employee used brake cleaner to clean their arms and hands. The vehicle above them started and a spark ignited the brake cleaner on the employee. The employee was hospitalized with burns to both arms and hands.
