A paper mill employee was attempting to clear paper from a tail cutting system when the blades made contact with employee's left middle and ring fingers. They sustained partial amputations below the fingernail.

An employee was changing a propane tank in a forklift when propane sprayed on his right hand, resulting in burns to his middle, ring, and little fingers.

The truck drove out of the stall, causing the employee to fall 4 feet off the dock onto the concrete. The employee sustained fractures to the right side of the pelvis, elbow, and a left ring fingertip as well as injuries to the right wrist and bruising to the back and stomach.

An employee was resetting a slitter machine's counter when their left hand was crushed under two rotating score shafts. The employee sustained amputations to three fingers on their left hand.
