An employee was standing on the floor while plumbing a line on a wall when a passing scissor lift struck the employee, breaking the employee's left fibula and left shoulder blade.

On December 30, 2023, an employee was pulling a pallet into the back room when a forklift rounded the corner and ran over the employee's right foot. Three of the employee's toes were amputated.

An employee was unwrapping a pallet of empty buckets. The employee stepped backward and was struck by a powered industrial truck carrying a pallet of bucket lids, resulting in a left ankle fracture.

An employee was walking in the racking area to check parts when they were struck by an oncoming forklift. The front wheel ran over the employee's right leg, resulting in fractures to the leg and ankle.

An employee was exiting a trailer for it to be loaded when their right ankle was pinned between a piece of angle iron that was anchored to the floor and a long pallet being pushed by a powered industrial truck (PIT). The employee sustained an ankle fracture and was hospitalized.

A tow truck operator was operating his bed controls on the drivers side when another vehicle crashed into him. The employee sustained fractures to the right femur, hip, and left foot, as well as abrasions to the right knee and a laceration to the right wrist.

An employee was helping two other employees to push a pallet of tile on a loading dock. He suffered a broken fibula and was hospitalized.

An employee was moving a slab of marble when it slipped and fell on his right hand, crushing the middle and ring fingertips against a table. The employee sustained amputation of both fingertips.

On June 14, 2024, three employee were unloading large slabs of marble tile at a residence when a slab fell from the truck and struck all three employees. One employee suffered a fractured ankle and required surgery. Another employee sustained fractures to their skull and neck, as well as laceration to their left hand. Both employees were hospitalized.

An employee was cleaning up after a company-related barbecue when the lit canned fuel used to warm the food spilled onto the employee. She sustained burns to her hands and face.

His left hand passed across the ceiling grid and was lacerated. He also suffered an electrical burn to the right hand and was hospitalized.

An employee was assembling a baker type scaffold. He was beginning to transverse down the scaffold, approximately six feet off the ground, when the scaffold tipped over and he fell. The employee was hospitalized with a fractured femur.

An employee was stocking and ordering the meat case on the sales floor when he slipped and fell due to water on the floor. The employee was hospitalized with a fractured ankle and required surgery.

An employee was working on an exhaust fan on the roof when he tripped on a wire and fell to the ground. The employee sustained scrapes on his elbow, and a fractured right knee with a torn ACL. The employee was hospitalized.
