On October 21, 2025, an employee was operating a saw when a pneumatic clamp caught their right middle finger. The employee suffered a partial amputation to the finger.

Two employees were moving long steel tubing using a cart when a forklift drove by and struck the steel pipe. The pipe was propelled into the injured employee, fracturing their femur.

On October 4, 2023, an employee was operating a multi-spindle drill when their glove was caught on the spindle. The employee's left hand was injured and their left middle fingertip was severed.

An employee was driving a maintenance cart. The cart was blocked in by a bundle of metal channels, so a forklift was used to pick up the bundle. The bundle's weight caused the forklift to tip onto its two front tires, which in turn caused the bundle to fall. The left forearm of the employee driving the maintenance cart was caught and lacerated between the bundle and the cart.

An employee was operating a brake press and making the final bend on a steel part. Her right middle finger got caught between the part and the top punch as it bent the part upward. The employee sustained a crush injury resulting in amputation of the fingertip.
