An employee was walking in the lower level of a building while other employees were removing a section of temporary office wall. Wall debris fell and struck the employee, who suffered fractures to the upper and lower left leg.

An employee was removing a steel caisson tube and lacerated four left-hand fingers when he grabbed the rigging hook and his left hand was caught between the hook and the tube as the tube slid downward.

An employee was moving a piece of an I-beam for welding when it rolled off the cribbing. The employee went to catch it when it fell and crushed the employee's finger, resulting in a partial amputation.

His left hand passed across the ceiling grid and was lacerated. He also suffered an electrical burn to the right hand and was hospitalized.
