On November 10, 2016, an employee tripped and fell over a pallet while assisting a vocational rehab member. The employee suffered a broken right elbow.
On 8/23/2017, an employee tripped over a small rise in the entrance doorway while walking into the facility, suffering several fractures to the tibia and knee damage. The employee had surgery.
An employee arrived at work and was walking into the store through the parking lot. The employee tripped over a curb and fell to the ground, sustaining a femur fracture.
