Final narrative
On December 6, 2016, at approximately 2:10 a.m., an employee was pressure washing the floors in the shop when the heated, high-pressure water from the wand made contact and penetrated his leather work boot. He was hospitalized for a laceration and second degree burn to the left middle toe.
An employee was sitting in the driver's lounge on her break. When she got up, she tripped on the leg of the chair in front of her and fell, fracturing her hip and shoulder. The employee was hospitalized and required surgery.
On 3/07/2023, at 4:30 PM, an employee was walking through the driver s entrance door to get change for her register when her foot got caught on a floor mat just inside the door causing her to fall to the ground. The employee was hospitalized with a fractured hip.
An employee was installing wood trim surrounding a skylight inside a home. While holding a piece of trim in it's desired location, his pneumatic nail gun discharged, sending a 3/4-inch pin nail into his left forearm.
