Two employees were replacing the decking on a roof. They were lifting up the concrete panel using a pry bar when the deck to the right of them gave way and they fell through the roof. One of the employees fell to the concrete floor below and was hospitalized with six broken ribs and a broken pelvis. The employee was not tied off at the time of the incident.
