An employee had just checked the status of rolls at a computer station in the roll stock warehouse and started walking away when a clamp truck in the warehouse struck the employee. The employee suffered a right leg amputation (mid-shin) and five broken metatarsals on the left foot.

An employee was removing parts from a machine to correct a jam when his right hand was pinned between the tracks it used to move paper products. He suffered injuries to the middle finger, the index fingertip, and the thumb.
