On December 19, 2016, at approximately 2:30 p.m., an employee was working from an elevated bucket truck to top a tree when the tree top broke away, causing the attached guy-rope to pin the employee against the bucket under the weight of the tree top. He suffered broken ribs and broken vertebrae.
