An employee was moving a piece of iron on the bed of an iron truck, when he lost his balance, slipped, and caught his finger between the piece of iron he was handling and part of the iron flatbed truck. The left middle fingertip was amputated.
An employee was on the floor of a workover rig to install an electric submersible pump when rig blocks fell and struck them, resulting in seven broken ribs and a lacerated finger.
An employee was removing a clamp from the electrical submersible pump string of a laydown machine when their left index finger was caught between the clamp and the machine. The employee sustained a partial amputation between the first knuckle and the fingernail.
