An employee was using a table saw to cut shims at the jobsite when a board kicked back amputating his right index finger. The saw was unguarded at the time.
An employee was operating a re-saw. While the employee was repositioning the "stop" on the saw, his foot contacted the saw blade. He sustained a laceration to a toe and tendon requiring surgery. The machine was running at the time.
An employee was operating a strip saw. As the employee shut off the saw, their right index and middle fingertips were amputated by the blade before it came to a complete stop.
