Final narrative
An employee was operating a jack to pick cases and place them on pallets when he moved his jack to avoid a nearby coworker. As he moved to the left, his left ankle became pinned between the riding platform of the jack and some warehouse racking. His left ankle was crushed and required hospitalization.
