An employee was driving a tugger back to the loading area. When the employee turned a corner the train he was pulling jack-knifed. A forklift driver was straightening the tugger. As the employee was opening the pintle hitch, the forklift driver was lifting the cart and pinched the employee's left index finger resulting in amputation of the fingertip.
