An employee was looking upward to find the source of an air leak when he stepped off the six inch platform and fell breaking the right tibia.
An employee was attempting to remove a vehicle seat from a conveyor transport pallet. The employee's right hand and glove were caught under the seat latching lever and they suffered an amputation to their right index finger.
