The employee was hospitalized with collapsed lungs, a dislocated sternum, a head injury requiring staples, and fractures to their ribs and wrists/lower arms.

An employee was retrieving an empty blue bin. When he turned around, he tripped over a skid and fell to the floor, striking his head and sustaining injuries to his hip and foot. The employee was hospitalized with a fractured left hip.

An employee was buffing a part on a buffing machine when their glove was caught by the rotating spindle, resulting in lacerations to their arm.
