An employee was gathering wooden door fronts from a conveyor when the employee's right middle and ring fingers were caught in the chain and sprocket along the conveyor line resulting in a laceration to the ring finger and a broken middle finger that required surgery. The chain and sprocket on the conveyor were unguarded at the time.
