An employee's hand was caught between a pipe roller and a wire brush machine, smashing and partially amputating his right index fingertip.
An employee was on a 4-foot step ladder outside of the blast booth in the powder plant when they fell to the concrete floor and sustained a head injury.
Just before 5:00PM, several employees were heading to the front office to clock out. Employee #1 used a company yard truck to drive to the front office. The tailgate of the company yard truck was down at the time. Employee #2 was walking and jumped onto the tailgate and then fell to the ground. The employee was hospitalized.
