An employee was walking across the wash bay approximately 20 feet away from where two coworkers were cleaning a crane when he slipped and fell, fracturing his femoral neck.
On April 5, 2024, at around 8:45 PM, a 100-ton crane was being towed when the crane's brakes overheated and caught fire. While putting out the fire, a tire caught fire and exploded. Shrapnel and debris struck an employee's right leg resulting in lacerations and avulsions to the leg. They also sustained contusions to their left foot.
An employee was assisting with disassembling a 500-ton crane. The injured employee was pushing an outrigger while another employee pulled from the other side to stow the base of the outrigger. The injured employee's left ring finger became caught in the rail system, requiring surgical amputation at the first knuckle.
