On May 08, 2017, an employee was operating a tractor while a coworker was operating a utility vehicle. At approximately 5:26 PM, the utility vehicle became stuck in a ditch. The employee came to hook up the tractor to the vehicle and pull it out when the tractor began to roll into the ditch. The employee was pinned between the utility vehicle and the tractor, suffering internal abdominal injuries that required surgery and hospitalization.
