An employee was working on a trailer resting on a wooden block when the trailer shifted off the block and fell on the employee's toe, breaking it.
An employee was assembling a trailer at ground level. He tripped and fell backwards, hitting another trailer behind him. He suffered a displaced fracture of the ribs on his right side and was hospitalized.
An employee was installing springs on a pickup truck. He was using a wrench and another part to compress the spring on the rear of the truck.
