Final narrative
On June 20, 2017, an employee was getting ready to unload a truck for recycling when a stack of partitions started to fall and was going to hit him. To avoid getting hit by the partition stack, he jumped off the truck and landed on a hospital table, breaking his left knee.
An employee was crossing over a sorting belt and jumped down onto the catwalk next to the belt. The employee sustained a right ankle fracture and dislocation.
