An employee was standing at the back of a truck watching the truck driver load a dolly of shrink wrapped boxes containing printer paper. The driver pushed the dolly onto the truck tailgate and raised the tailgate to the truck bed. The shrink wrap gave way and the boxes fell off the tailgate, striking the employee and knocking him to the ground. He broke his leg and suffered a bump on his head.
