An employee was removing corrugated paper from a rotary sheeting machine and putting it into boxes when the machine became jammed. While she was attempting to unjam it, her right hand was caught in the feed rollers of the machine, de-gloving the skin and breaking her fingers. All of her fingers had to be surgically amputated. The machine was running at the time of the incident.
