An employee was driving an excavator that went off the road and tipped over. The employee was hospitalized with fractures and internal injuries. Their left arm was partially amputated.

An employee was backing a concrete delivery truck down a temporary road when a portion of the road collapsed. This caused the truck to roll into a drainage ditch; the employee sustained three left rib fractures and soft tissue damage.

An employee was operating a clamp lift truck to transport freight when it overturned, resulting in a severe leg injury.

An employee was driving a skid steer down an unimproved road when the vehicle hit an ice patch, left the roadway, and rolled downhill several times. The employee jumped from the skid sheer and was crushed by the vehicle at the bottom of the hill, resulting in multiple rib fractures as well as injuries to the legs, neck, and lungs.

An employee was making a grocery delivery on a scooter when the scooter hit a bump on the road. The employee fell off the scooter and suffered a fractured collar bone.

An employee was helping unload steel slit coils on a slitting line, using an overhead crane with a C-hook. The coil did not fit properly onto a turnstile. Another operator went to remove the coil from the C-hook using a forklift while the employee held the C-hook steady. The forklift contacted the coil, causing it to fall from the hook. It landed on the employee s foot, breaking four bones. The incident took place during a training activity.

An employee was trying to open the stuck tailgate of a truck. When he pulled on it, it gave way, causing him to fall back and hit his head on the pavement. He suffered a head laceration/contusion.

An employee was mounting an ATV tire. As he was inflating it, the rim came out of the tire and struck his right leg, breaking it below the knee.

On July 25, 2025, an employee was lowering a vehicle on a lift. The employee's right index finger was caught in the lift and partially amputated.

An employee was performing a repair and using a radial arm saw when they lacerated their index finger. The employee was hospitalized with an infection.

An employee was fixing an issue with seed cleaning equipment when he slipped on the ladder he was on. He went to catch himself and his hand went into a moving belt and pulley on the cleaner. The employee sustained the amputation of his right middle and index fingertips just below the fingernails.

An employee was riding an all-terrain vehicle (ATV) to move a bison herd. He was riding up the side of a steep hill when the ATV struck a rock and rolled, ejecting the employee before rolling over him. The employee suffered broken vertebrae in his back that required hospitalization.

An employee was clearing out dirt from an underground pipe when he was bitten by a rattlesnake on his hand.

An employee was climbing in the spreader area to remove a pasta jam when his right little finger was cut by the rotary cut-off knife. The employee sustained a laceration and fracture, resulting in an amputation.

A smoke jumper parachuted out of a helicopter during a forest fire response, landed on steep rugged terrain, and suffered femur and rib fractures and a liver laceration. The employee was hospitalized.
