On November 14, 2023, an employee was receiving a delivery from a truck when some of the merchandise fell from the truck s lift and struck him. He then fell to the ground and his head struck the sidewalk, resulting in an injury that required hospitalization.

An employee was setting up a book-binding machine. She was correcting a problem in the machine when she suffered a partial amputation to the left index fingertip, caused by a belt and gear.

The employee also struck his head on the ground, scraped his right knee, and his left middle and ring fingers were cut by a nylon band that he grabbed as he fell. The cuts required stitches.
